Naoris Protocol is now NaoX Protocol.
That is the update. Everything else stays as it was.
$NAORIS is unchanged. Same ticker, same token. The protocol is unchanged, and mainnet, live since April, is unaffected. What changes is the name, the mark, and the site, which moves from naorisprotocol.com to naox.org.
The Year of NaoX begins now.
What NaoX Is
Since the name is changing and the substance is not, here is what NaoX remains.
NaoX is a post-quantum Layer 1 blockchain built from genesis with NIST-approved cryptography. Every transaction is signed using NIST FIPS 204 at Security Level 5, and the network is fully EVM-compatible, allowing existing tools to work while deployed contracts remain quantum-secure by default.
Mainnet access is currently phased, with validators and partners onboarding in structured stages as the network expands. That access model does not change with this update.
Why NaoX
Nao stays. X is what gets added, and it earns its place rather than simply decorating the name.
X is the mark, the signature that proves something is real, which reflects what the protocol has always been built to verify across the network.
X is also the unknown, the variable you solve for before it becomes a problem. That is exactly the posture post-quantum security requires.
The name did not change to sound different. It changed to describe the work more precisely.
Same protocol. New mark. Welcome to Fort NaoX.
What This Does Not Change
Your $NAORIS holdings are unaffected. The token, its ticker, and its role in the network remain unchanged.
The protocol remains the same. Mainnet continues to operate as before. Existing infrastructure, partnerships, and development work continue without interruption.
What’s Ahead
Mainnet is live and running, and that continues exactly as it has.
Access will continue expanding in phases, with developer access following as SDKs and documentation are released. There is more to share before the year is out, and we will speak about it when it is ready rather than get ahead of ourselves here.
For now, the message is simple: new name, same post-quantum Layer 1, same everything else.
Building a quantum-safe future is a responsibility we take seriously, and the period ahead for NaoX Protocol is set to be our biggest yet.
To our community, node operators, developers, and partners, thank you for being part of this with us.
Let’s keep building together.
The Year of NaoX is here.
More soon.
About NaoX
NaoX is a post-quantum Layer 1 blockchain and decentralized infrastructure protocol designed to secure digital assets, applications, and systems across the decentralized stack.
Built with post-quantum cryptography and full EVM compatibility, NaoX enables blockchain transactions, smart contracts, validators, bridges, applications, and connected infrastructure to operate with stronger cryptographic foundations for the quantum era.
By extending post-quantum security across both Web3 and connected Web2 environments, NaoX is building the infrastructure required for a more resilient digital future.
