NaoX Protocol entered into a strategic agreement with Mova Chain during a private, invitation-only event held in Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with Aqua Labs Investments. The event brought together senior leaders, investors, and technology stakeholders to discuss next-generation decentralized infrastructure, post-quantum security, and sovereign-grade blockchain applications.

NaoX Protocol further confirms that any reference to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in connection with the project relates exclusively to an independent third-party report that was submitted to the SEC. NaoX Protocol has not received any endorsement, citation, recognition, or formal acknowledgment from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

NaoX Protocol also confirms that Pilot Singa Fund has not entered into any agreement regarding the tokenization of its fund. To the best of our knowledge, Pilot Singa Fund is not in partnership with the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
